The animal rights organization picked the hunky 26 year old star as their honoree, praising him for his plant based diet. The star, told Men's Health Magazine last year about his decision to adopt a vegan lifestyle. Singer, Jhene Aiko, was also honored. The organization named Cyrus as their sexiest Vegetarian just last year, in 2015. Looks like the couple that loves animals together stays together!
